In our computers, we will only crank up the processors through an advanced BIOS profile. For AMD products, we change Precision Boost Overdrive settings manually, so as to get higher frequencies during gameplay.
We do not need any special settings for Intel. Core i5-10400F seems to be a really solid competition for the 6-core AMD Ryzen 5 3600, even without any cranked up memory or cheap Z490. Thus, we are left with the XMP profile only.
